Works like a charm

I bought this after signing up for Amazon Prime. Received it in two days at no extra charge. Hooked it up to my Onkyo receiver and ran the antenna cable outside…I had to drill a hole through the wall to get the cable outside, behind my components. I put two screws onto the outside edge of the overhang of the roof and mounted the antenna. Came inside, hooked up all the wires to the dock and plugged in my Sportster 4.

I got the full 3 bars of signal strength and am enjoying my Sirius Satelite Radio as I’m typing this review. I am trully happy with this purchase and it’s about $10 cheaper than Circuit City or Best Buy.

So long as you mount the antenna as the directions state, I don’t think anyone should have a problem with the reception. The instructions included show what direction the antenna should be pointing depending on what part of the country you live…also…the optimum position for the antenna is pointing straight up.

Sirius Docking Station

All streaming audio is blocked in our office so I ordered this product hoping to provide some entertainment during the day. Now I couldn’t live without it.
Installation was so easy, there was almost nothing to it. I was a little worried about the antenna reception since I’m in a large cement building but I haven’t had a problem at all. There’s a jack in back you can hook up a stereo, speakers or headphones to so it’s pretty versatile.
I highly recommend this to anyone!

This thing rocks!

So I have had this inverter for a little over a week now, I have tested it for the last few days, this thing is the real deal at a nice price. I had mine running 2 LG 10,000 btu window air conditioners to see if it would work and it worked like a charm! At first i ran the ac units and the wire was getting a little hot at the connections so I used a heavier gauge wire and a better connector and it works great. This inverter was worth every penny in my opinion. I made a battery pack that it connects to power all my fun camping stuff for when I go camping. The product itself is made nicely even the remote looks sweet, they could have cut corners on a lot of things but instead they did not. I love power bright just for that! For those of you that are wondering the inverter itself starts beeping at around 10.5v and its not a loud annoying beep that you will find on other inverters, its gentle to my ears. Also the unit turns off completely @ 15.3v

If you get this unit be sure to read the manual, its pretty short and sweet and has some useful info in it as well. Use 2 gauge or 0 gauge for best results. Make sure you use this with a deep cycle battery for optimum power. I’m extremely picky when it comes to buying anything that is electronic and I can honestly tell you that I cant find anything to complain about at all.

Great inverter

This inverter is great. It’s the perfect alternative to a gas generator. I use it for back up power at home. My wood stove heats the house and this inverter powers my whole den. Cable TV, computer, lights, microwave, etc. I run a string of christmas lights up the stairs to the kithen and bedrooms. My power source is a Diehard PM-1 deepcycle marine platinum battery. It’s on trickle charge all the time. A user note is to keep the cord to the TV as short as possible to minimize RF interference. you can also coil up the AC cord to work as an inductive RF choke.

Perfect match 2001 Toyota Sienna- P1135 P1155 You may want 2 if high mileage…

My wife’s 2001 Toyota Sienna had the Check Engine Light (CEL) on and was a P1135 error code (faulty signal O2 Sensor) on the Bank 1 Sensor 1 (which is on the back of the engine by the firewall). I bought 1 of these to replace the one the error code indicated… it was a perfect match, but after clearing the error code, a P1155 error showed (the one in the front of the engine… easier to get to) which at 117,000 miles should have been expected. I ordered a second sensor and now we’re all good. (OEM has 2 different sensors… the back one had a slightly shorter wire lead… aftermarket they use the one with the longer leads (this product) to replace both front O2 Sensors.)

If you have a high mileage car, you may want to replace both… it is a wear item.

2001 Lexus ES300 P1135 Fixed

P1135: A/F Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank. 1 Sensor 1).

Bank. 1 Sensor 1 in my car was the sensor between the engine and the firewall. Its tricky to get to, but doable with a big wrench, and a couple of jack stands.
Here is what I did:
1) Find the sensor.
2) Spray it well with some PB Blaster while its warm, let it soak for a day.
3) Jacked it up, got underneath, and remove the sensor with a big 22mm wrench. This took a lot of effort.
4) Put some anti-seize (comes with it) on the new one and screw it in.

It’s the real thing

I ordered this A/F sensor for my 2002 Sienna (bank 2, sensor 1; the easy one on the front exhaust manifold). It came fast by USPS in sealed packaging, complete with the anti-seize compound. It looks exactly the same as the original – the sensor, the wire length/color, the connector – it’s the same thing. Removing the old one was hard: several rounds of PB Blaster + time, hard to unplug the connector – push in the plastic securing tab on the connector facing away from the engine! Installing this new one was simple: some anti-seize compound on the thread (only!), screw in by hand, then tighten with a wrench with feel, snap in the connector, put back the clamp holding the wire in place = I just saved at least $200 compared to the dealership charge.

Great orbital waxer, makes waxing fast and easy

Makes a typical 1 1/2 hour wax job take 30 minutes. Only down side is that the head is large so tight spots are difficult to get to but I guess you have to do some things by hand. All in all, great waxer for home use.

This buffer is light duty. This thing is not made for buffing out scratches or final buffing clear coats. You can hardly put any pressure on it before it starts to bog down. It vibrates so bad that if you buffed a whole car your hands would be ready to fall off when you were done. The power cord is really short too, like 20 inches. Where you plug it in to the extension cord, it drags on your car. I am a little disappointed.

Works Just As Promised

This works really well! I used to own an orbital buffer a long time ago when I detailed cars, and I wanted to get a new one to wax my car. This works just as advertised. You just set it up and let it run, puts a nice even coat of wax on the paint, and it buffs off easily.

The power cord has a nice feature at the end, a little cord-strap so you can connect your extension cord and strap them both together.

This is a really nice piece of hardware, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and I would recommend it to anyone that knows what they’re doing with it.

Really Very Clever, Well Made Tool – Recommended

The “Swiss Tech Micro-Max” is a very cool multi-tool, with good pliers, a solid Phillips head and flat screwdrivers (3 of each), a “hand drill”, and wire cutters. It technically has other tools, but they are mostly “filler” (i.e. ruler marks?). That being said, the real tools are well worth the cost of this well made and compact tool. The folding design also allows this to be carried in pants pockets or in a computer case, which is very convenient.

Pocket tool kit

There are times to carry a leatherman tool on your belt, and there are times when you shouldn’t. Those are the times when this light, well-made tool can be extremely helpful. I’ve used it to tighten glasses, make holes in a belt, undo and tighten screws and nuts, and open bottles of beer. On that last, if you can’t solve the puzzle of where the opener is, you’ve had too many.

Great Multi Tool

This is probably Swiss Tech’s best yet. I have owned Swiss Army knives, Buck multi tool. This is what leatherman wished they would have thought of. It’s no full size leatherman. But it is good if you have to go light.
